About Us

Converged Communication Partners has been serving the Michiana area since June of 2008. As of May 1, 2026 we are converting the business over to a consulting as needed firm. Jim Hardy is retiring and will no longer be in the field. We will be maintaining our Sangoma customer base with Schmidt Electric and AV in Mishawaka. We are still a Telerus partner, able to help with offerings of Internet access. Our Switchvox and Toshiba customers will still be maintained with Schmidt's assistance.

It has always been our method to empower the customer as much as they desire. We don't believe in holding the customer hostage to the equipment we install and thus can only use us to make changes. We are as involved as much as the customer sees fit. Every system we install, we educate the customer on all aspects, which helps save the customer time and money.
